With One QR PH, people can open any participating bank or e-wallet app, scan the same QR, and complete the payment in seconds. The system runs on InstaPay, the central bank’s 24/7 transfer network, so transactions go through even on weekends and holidays. Customers do not pay any fees when using One QR PH to pay merchants.
