vivo’s latest flagship series also comes in an X300s model, a cheaper alternative that also has many high-end features that its bigger brothers have. The vivo X300s boasts a sharp 200-megapixel main camera, paired with a 50-megapixel telephoto lens, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide. Even the selfie camera uses a 50-megapixel sensor. It also supports vivo’s ZEISS G2 teleconverter lens that offers a 200mm focal equivalent. That kit comes with a dedicated case, mounting plate, and a wrist strap. Under the hood, we have a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 octa-core processor, with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. On the front, we have a 6.78-inch OLED display with a high 144Hz refresh rate and 10-bit colors. Keeping the lights on is the 7,100mAh battery with support for both 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. vivo X300 Ultra: Dual 200MP cameras, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 CPU, 6,600mAh battery

The vivo X300 Ultra has been unveiled with many refinements from its already great predecessor, and is currently its best smartphone to date.

As with most Ultra phones in the market, the vivo X300 Ultra has a beefed-up camera department with a chunky camera island that’s nearly as thick as the device itself.

It holds the 200-megapixel 1/1.4-inch ISOCELL HP0 sensor from Samsung, which is also equipped with a 3-degree gimbal-like stabilization, which was awarded a CIPA 7.0 stabilization rating. Thats for the telephoto lens with an 85mm focal length.

The main camera uses a large 1/1.12-inch 200-megapixel Lytia 901 sensor. It has a 35mm equivalent and has CIPA 6.5-rated stabilization. Finally, we have the 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, which also has OIS, and a 50-megapixel sensor for selfies.

vivo has also prepared two teleconverter lenses for the telephoto camera. There’s the Cannon 400 that has 17.4x magnification, while the new Lipstick 200 is smaller with 8.7x zoom for a 200mm equivalent.

The X300 Ultra also supports full focal length OIS, importing 3D LUTs, and multi-focal 4K 120fps 10-bit log. There’s also a new Photography App, and new color science that takes data from a 50MP True Color Lens with 12 spectral channels and Smooth EV dynamic compression.

Moving on from the cameras, the vivo X300 Ultra is obviously powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, with a 6,600mAh battery, 100W wired and 40W wireless charging, and a 6.82-inch 3K Ultra XDR AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate.

It ships with Android 16-based OriginOS 6. It will receive 5 years of OS upgrades and 7 years of security patches.
