Xiaomi has released a new version of the Redmi Pad 2, now with a smaller display. The new Redmi Pad 2 9.7 , as the name suggests, has a 9.7-inch IPS display, which has a 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. For eye safety, it received a TUV Rheinland Low Blue Light, Flicker Free, and Circadian Friendly certification. Powering the new Pad 2 is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 2 processor, with 4GB of RAM, and an option between 64GB and 128GB of storage expandable up to 2TB. It runs on Android 16-based HyperOS 3. It has a 7,600mAh battery that lasts for more than 15 hours of online video playback or over 18 hours of audio playback.
