UGREEN has introduced a new portable charger that tries to cut down on cable clutter. The UGREEN MagFlow Air Qi2 comes with its own built-in USB-C cord and snaps onto the back of a phone using magnets.
The battery is fairly compact for its size. It measures 111mm wide and is just under 14mm thick, weighing a little over 200 grams. The outer casing has a matte finish designed to hide smudges.
When used wirelessly, the UGREEN MagFlow Air Qi2 powerbank can charge at up to 15 watts thanks to the Qi2 magnetic connection. UGREEN says an iPhone can get to about a third of its battery in roughly half an hour using this method.

A built-in braided cable is also here. It handles charging in both directions, meaning you can use it to power up a phone or tablet, or plug it in to recharge the power bank itself. It supports speeds up to 30 watts.
Inside, the 10,000mAh battery uses an ATL cell. UGREEN estimates it can fully charge an iPhone Air about one and a half times, and a larger Pro Max model once. The company also claims the battery should hold at least 80% of its capacity after 5 years of regular use.
To keep temperatures under control, the device includes a metal heatsink and dual temperature sensors.
Pricing for the UGREEN MagFlow Air Qi2 power bank is set at $69.999 (~Php4,200) in the US. In parts of Europe, including France and Germany, it is available now for €69.99. Official pricing and availability in the Philippines are yet to be revealed.
