Xiaomi has unveiled a new pair of entry-level wireless earbuds, the Redmi Buds 8 Lite , aiming to deliver clear sound and practical features at an affordable price. The buds are built around a 12.4mm driver with a titanium diaphragm, which the company says provides clear and detailed audio. They connect via Bluetooth 5.4 and support both AAC and SBC codecs for compatibility with a wide range of smartphones and devices. A key feature is hybrid active noise cancellation (ANC), which can reduce ambient noise by up to 42 decibels. For times when users need to hear their surroundings, a Transparency mode is also included. Xiaomi has officially launched the Redmi Note 15 series in the Philippines. There are four models to talk about, but this is the best of them, the Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus.

Branded as “Titan Tough”, the Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus is equipped with many durability features that should help it survive the challenges of daily life.

It is IP66/IP68/IP69/IP69K-rated as it can survive water exposure — from raindrops up to accidental water submerssion. It is also certified to survive drops from a height of up to 2.5 meters.

The Note 15 Pro Plus has a flagship-grade Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection on the front, a tough fiberglass material on the back, and an aluminum alloy frame.

Moving one, the Note 15 Pro Plus comes with a large 6,500mAh silicone-carbon battery. Xiaomi claims it can provide up to 2 days of battery life of 25 hours of video playback. It can retain 80% of its battery health even after 6 years.

We also have an ultra-sharp 200-megapixel main camera, capable of 2x and 5x shots with digital crop. It is paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide and a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
