Grand Theft Auto VI official pre-order date and cover art revealed

Rockstar announced that Grand Theft Auto VI will be available for pre-order starting June 25 through the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, and select physical retailers. The company also published the game’s final cover artwork for the first time. The roughly 30-second reveal video arranges protagonists Jason and Lucia across a pop-art collage alongside a lineup of additional characters yet to be detailed. A yellow sports car, a helicopter, alligators, and flamingos dot the image — subtle references to the Florida-inspired fictional state of Leonida where the game takes place. The two trailers that have landed so far, one in 2023 and another in 2025, have accumulated over 400 million views collectively. GTA 6 arrives on November 19 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, pushed back twice from a planned 2025 launch and again from a May 2026 schedule. No price has been set yet, but analyst firm Epyllion suggested in a 2025 report that the title could be the fir...

Anbernic launches its own parts store for DIY repairs

Anbernic-RG405V-NoypiGeeks

If you own an Anbernic gaming handheld and the joystick breaks or the screen cracks, you no longer need to throw the device away. The company has just launched a new online store where you can buy individual replacement parts for its devices.

The Anbernic parts store covers a wide range of models, from the newer RG Rotate to older devices like the RG350P. Shoppers can find replacement shells, screens, conductive rubber pads, joysticks, batteries, motherboards, and buttons.

When you place an order, you must specify the exact model and color of your handheld. Anbernic warns customers to get this information right because the company will not accept claims if you provide the wrong device details.

The store is live now, but there is a catch. Anbernic does not currently offer any guides or step-by-step instructions for how to install these parts. If you have some basic do-it-yourself skills, however, the store gives you a way to extend the life of an affordable device.

Prices vary widely depending on the part. A replacement motherboard for a more powerful device can cost up to $236, while a spare conductive rubber pad costs as little as $3.

This move is similar to what Apple did with its Self-Service Repair page. Before this store launched, Anbernic customers had to go through the company’s support channels and get approved for a replacement device.
