Globe Cloud plans and pricing announced

Globe Telecom has entered the cloud storage business with Globe Cloud. As per the company, Globe Cloud is made to give Filipinos access to a secure, affordable, useful, and enjoyable cloud storage service that frees up device storage space while ensuring their media and files are accessible anytime, anywhere. With Globe Cloud, users can organize their files into albums and access them across different devices. It has Flashbacks and Highlights features that allows them to easily rediscover special moments. It also has AI-powered tools that transform photos into stylized 3D, anime, cartoon, and more. There’s also a Private Folder only accessible through PIN or biometrics. HONOR X7e Plus: 8,100mAh battery, Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 CPU, 120Hz HD+ display

HONOR’s new midrange phone packs a large battery, a Qualcomm chipset, and a fast but low-resolution display.

The HONOR X7e Plus features a large 8,100mAh battery paired with 45W wired charging. As per HONOR, you can watch 12 hours of online short videos at temperatures of -30°C or 14 hours at 50°C. HONOR said it can retain at least 80% of its battery health even after 6 years.

It also boasts an IP68/IP69/IP69K dust and water resistance rating. The device has been subjected to 85°C high-temperature water tests, exposure to high-humidity and salt-rich environments, and 10,000 water exposure cycles.

The device also has a One Tap Dust and Water Ejection feature, an improved wet-hand touch display, and underwater photo mode. It also received a 5-star SGS certification for being 2.5m drop-resistant.

Powering the X7e Plus is a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 octa-core processor, with up to 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of internal storage. A 6.87-inch TFT screen is on the front with a high 120Hz refresh rate, but only an HD+ resolution.

A 5-megapixel sensor is used for selfies, while the rear has the 50-megapixel main shooter and an auxiliary lens. Like many HONOR phones, it has a dedicated AI Button on the left and ships with the Android 16-based MagicOS 10 interface.

The HONOR X7e Plus is now listed in Qatar. The 6GB/128GB retails for QAR999 (~Php16,900), while the 8GB/256GB is available for QAR1,099 (~Php18,600). Release details in more markets are yet to be known.
