HUAWEI MateBook Fold 2026: 18″ LTPO foldable display, Kirin X90 Plus CPU, 74.69Wh battery

HUAWEI has a new foldable laptop called the HUAWEI MateBook Fold 2026. The HUAWEI MateBook Fold 2026 features a large 18-inch dual-layer LTPO OLED foldable display with a total of 3296 x 2472 resolution and a 4:3 aspect ratio. When folded, you get a 13-inch screen on top with a 2472 x 1648 resolution and a 3:2 aspect ratio. It has a zirconium-based liquid metal hinge on the back that lets you use the laptop in multiple viewing angles. In fact, you can use the whole device as a screen using the removable wireless keyboard. The big display is paired with six speakers for audio and four microphones for video calls or recording meetings. The screen supports a stylus, of course. Powering the device is HUAWEI’s Kirin X90 Plus processor, with up to 32GB of RAM and 2TB of storage. Keeping the lights on is a 74.69Wh battery with USB-C charging. TechLife Philippines has a new offering for those in a market for a compact tablet with LTE connectivity so they can stay online even without WiFi.

The TechLife Pad Mini LTE is powered by a MediaTek Helio G80 processor. TechLife’s press release says it has up to 8GB Dynamic RAM, but the exact physical RAM capacity was not mentioned (we’re guessing 4GB). It comes with 64GB of storage.

It then has a compact 8-inch LCD, paired with stereo speakers. Keeping the lights on is a 6,300mAh battery with 10W wired and 5W reverse charging support.

The software version and included cameras were not mentioned in the initial press release, but we’ll update this article once we have information, so stay tuned.

As for the price, the TechLife Pad Mini has an SRP of Php9,999. From August 5 to 20, you can get it on TikTok for only Php7,699, Shopee for Php8,399, and Lazada for Php8,999. Online purchases will come with a free Pad Handle Case worth Php999.

Amazon announces two new Tomb Raider games

Following a long break from solo adventures, two major new games in the Tomb Raider series were revealed at The Game Awards 2025.
