Xiaomi has unveiled a couple of new powerful, high-end products, including the new Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max. The new Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max , like the new Xiaomi 18 Fold , is powered by Xiaomi’s own O3 chip. It’s a 3nm chipset with 10 cores clocked at up to 4.35GHz. Xiaomi paired it with tons of RAM and storage variants that go up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. It comes with a large 13.3-inch IPS display with a sharp 3408 x 2272 resolution, has a high 144Hz refresh rate, a tall 3:2 aspect ratio for multitasking, and 1,000 nits of peak brightness. Xiaomi paired the display with an equally large 12,000mAh battery, an ultra-fast 120W wired charging, and even 27W reverse wired charging to power other devices. Xiaomi has unveiled a couple of new powerful, high-end products, including the new Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max.

The new Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max, like the new Xiaomi 18 Fold, is powered by Xiaomi’s own O3 chip. It’s a 3nm chipset with 10 cores clocked at up to 4.35GHz. Xiaomi paired it with tons of RAM and storage variants that go up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.

It comes with a large 13.3-inch IPS display with a sharp 3408 x 2272 resolution, has a high 144Hz refresh rate, a tall 3:2 aspect ratio for multitasking, and 1,000 nits of peak brightness.

Xiaomi paired the display with an equally large 12,000mAh battery, an ultra-fast 120W wired charging, and even 27W reverse wired charging to power other devices. A 45W pogo pin reverse charging is also here for accessories.

The Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max has a starting price of CNY4,799 (~Php44,700) for the 8GB/267GB model, while the top-of-the-line 16GB/1TB model retails for CNY7,899 (~Php73,600). These are the Chinese prices as global release details are yet to be known.

There’s also a Matte Glass version with a price of CNY6,899 (~Php64,300) for the 16GB/512GB and CNY7,899 (~Php73,600) for the 16GB/1TB.

Amazon announces two new Tomb Raider games

Get ready to dust off your climbing axes. Lara Croft, the legendary treasure hunter, is returning to consoles and computers in a big way. Following a long break from solo adventures, two major new games in the Tomb Raider series were revealed at The Game Awards 2025. The last time players controlled Lara in a core series game was 2018’s Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Now, publisher Amazon Games and longtime developer Crystal Dynamics are bringing her back with a pair of distinct projects.
