vivo V80 Lite launched in the Philippines

vivo Philippines finally launches the vivo V80 Lite in the country. Right off the bat, the vivo V80 Lite impresses with its large 10,000mAh battery — one of the biggest batteries you can get for the price. In fact, it’s a Guinness World Record holder for achieving the longest electronic product testing live stream, lasting 32 hours and 37 minutes. Reverse wired charging is also here, turning the V80 Lite into a power bank. The device itself charges at 44W speeds. Powering the V80 Lite is a MediaTek Dimensity 7300e processor, with 6GB of RAM, and an option between 128GB and 256GB of storage. It comes with Android 16-based OriginOS 6. A large 6.83-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen is on the front, with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2,000-nit peak brightness. Stereo speakers are also here. Samsung finally joins the clip-on earphones trend with the Galaxy Buds On. Clip-on earphones are made to keep users aware of their surroundings, which is important for outdoor activities like running or cycling. They are also made to be comfortable in the ears for an extended period of time.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds On comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon S7 Gen 1 processor with a Class D amplifier. It also has touch controls on the back for playback controls and answering/rejecting calls.

It then has three microphones for voice calls, and even has a bone conduction vibration sensor that can detect if the user is talking to reduce background noise during calls.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a 2026 tech product without AI. You can access Galaxy AI when you pair it with a Samsung smartphone or tablet. It also works with Gemini Live.

The Galaxy Buds On lasts for 9.5 hours on a single charge, although the battery on the charging case is yet to be announced. It can also detect Head Gestures.

Available in Black, the Samsung Galaxy Buds On is now listed in South Korea for KRW299,999 (~Php13,900). International release details are yet to be known.
