Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is launching on next week Friday, October 25. But can your PC run it?
To be able to at least run Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, you will need to meet the minimum specifications required. Your PC needs to have the 64-bit version of Windows 10 with the latest update installed. Its CPU must be at least an AMD Ryzen 5 1400 or Intel Core i5-6600 with 8GB of RAM. For graphics, your GPU should have a minimum of 2GB of video memory like AMD Radeon RX 470, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960, or Intel Arc A580.
If you want to run the game with all settings set to high while maintaining a consistent 60FPS frame rate, your PC should have the recommended specifications. The CPU now needs to be AMD Ryzen 5 1600X, Intel Core i7-6700K, or higher. You need 4GB more of RAM, for a total of 12GB. Your graphics card must be AMD Radeon RX6600XT or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080Ti / RTX 3060 or better, with 8GB of VRAM.
For the best performance that’s recommended for either competitive gaming or for playing on 4K resolution with high FPS, you’ll need AMD Ryzen 7 2700X or Intel Core i7-8700K with 16GB RAM. Your graphics card must have 10GB VRAM, like the AMD Raden RX 6800XT or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080.
Like previous games in the series, Black Ops 6 requires a large storage space. Set aside at least 102GB available space on your SSD at launch. Don’t forget to update your Intel, AMD, and NVIDIA GPU drivers as well.
