Macbook Pro M5 price in the Philippines

Apple has updated the iPad Pro and the 14-inch MacBook Pro with the latest M5 silicon chip. For today, we’ll focus on the laptop. The new Macbook Pro M5 is powered by a 10-core CPU, 10-core GPU, and up to 24GB RAM and 1TB of storage. The new chip is exclusive to the 14-inch model and has yet to reach the 16-inch model. Prices as the same as its predecessor. The base model with 16GB/512GB configuration retails for Php99,990 , the 16GB/1TB is sold for Php112,990, while the 24GB/1TB is at Php125,990. The line-up of the 14-inch MacBook Pro now consists of the M5 models, followed by the M4 Pro that starts at Php129,990 and the M4 Max for Php201,990. As per Apple, the M5 chip offers “6x faster AI Performance than M1” and lasts 14 hours longer than the Intel-based MacBook Pro. The new M5 models come with a 16-core Neural Engine. HONOR X9c Smart: Dimensity 7025 Ultra CPU, 6.8″ 120Hz display, 5800mAh battery

HONOR has released a new smartphone with a name we haven’t heard from them before, the HONOR X9c Smart.

The HONOR X9c Smart is powered by a new MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra processor, albeit not many details are available on this chip. What we know is that it has the same 2.5GHz clock speed and IMG BXM-8-256 GPU as the non-Ultra chip.

As for the design, it has the same ring camera layout on the back as the X9b and X9a and comes in Ocean Cyan and Moonlight White colorways. HONOR also brags how it is only 7.8mm thick and only weighs 193g.

It also received an SGS 5-star comprehensive reliability rating for having a 2-meter drop resistance. It’s not clear if it received an official ingress protection rating, but HONOR claims it’s waterproof and will work even with greasy hands.

The camera island holds a sharp 108-megapixel main camera but only a 5-megapixel ultra-wide lens. A 16-megapixel selfie camera is on the front, on top of the large 6.8-inch FHD+ display.

There’s a large 5,800mAh battery that can last for up to 19.8 hours of online video streaming. It will come with a 35W charging adapter and, sadly, still Android 14-based MagicOS 8.0 instead of the newer version.
