HUAWEI nova 13i: Snapdragon 680 CPU, FHD+ 90Hz display, 5000mAh battery

HUAWEI subtly outs the new nova 13i by listing it on their official website. Sadly, nothing much is new here. Even the design is similar to the HUAWEI nova 13i as it still has that large circular camera island on the back, but it does come in new colors: Blue and White. It’s still powered by a 4G-only Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, with the same 8GB of RAM and options between 128GB and 256GB of storage. It will ship with EMUI 14.2 instead of HarmonyOS. On the front, its got a large 6.7-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. We’re also seeing noticeably thin bezels on the top and the sides. A punch-hole keeps the bezels cleaner and holds the 8-megapixel selfie camera. The top bezel doesn’t hide the speaker grills for calls. The rear has a sharp 108-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Keeping the lights on is a 5,000mAh battery paired with HUAWEI’s 40W SuperCharge adapter. Redmi Turbo 4: Dimensity 8400 Ultra CPU, 120Hz OLED, 6550mAh battery

Xiaomi got first dibs with the latest MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chipset and put it on the latest Redmi Turbo 4.

The Dimensity 8400 found on the Redmi Turbo 4 is an upper-midrange chip that boasts eight Cortex-A725 cores clocked at up to 3.25GHz, has better power efficiency, and a Mali-G720 MC7 GPU.

Xiaomi also takes advantage of silicon-carbon technology, allowing the Turbo 4 to have a large 6,550mAh battery. Wired charging can reach up to 90W.

It sports a 6.77-inch LTPS OLED screen with a high 120Hz refresh rate, a whopping 3,200 nits of peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.

There’s a 20-megapixel selfie camera on the front and an in-display fingerprint scanner.

On the back, you can find an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera aiding the 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 sensor with optical image stabilization.
