Home Credit PH records Php61 billion in sales, financed 2.91 million items in 2024

Home Credit Philippines (HCPH), one of the country’s leading consumer finance companies, reported making Php61 billion in point-of-sale (POS) sales in 2024, 19% higher than in 2023. HCPH said it funded the purchase of 2.91 million items in various categories, most notably from electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, tablets, and computers, as well as appliances, televisions, and furniture. The consumer finance firm also highlighted the role of its campaign and promotion of its zero percent (0%) installment financing, which helped drive its growth last year. Mobile phones and tablets contributed to Php31.7 billion in POS sales, representing over half the financed items. Home Credit Philippines (HCPH), one of the country’s leading consumer finance companies, reported making Php61 billion in point-of-sale (POS) sales in 2024, 19% higher than in 2023.

HCPH said it funded the purchase of 2.91 million items in various categories, most notably from electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, tablets, and computers, as well as appliances, televisions, and furniture.

The consumer finance firm also highlighted the role of its campaign and promotion of its zero percent (0%) installment financing, which helped drive its growth last year.

Mobile phones and tablets contributed to Php31.7 billion in POS sales, representing over half the financed items. Apple, Samsung, Vivo, OPPO, and HONOR are among Filipino consumers’ top mobile gadget brands.

Appliances come in second as the most popular items financed through Home Credit, with Php10.2 billion, Panasonic, Condura, Samsung, LG, and Fujidenzo leading the pack.

Computers, including laptops, are also among the popular items, contributing to Php7.1 billion in POS sales from brands like Acer, ASUS, Lenovo, HP, and Huawei.

Besides the record sales for 2024, Home Credit also won the Finance Company of the Year – Philippines at the 2024 Asian Banking & Finance (ABF) Retail Banking Awards.
