OPPO A5 Pro 5G Review

Durability is the hottest buzzword in the budget smartphone market. The terms “IP rating” and “military grade shock resistance” used to be exclusive to more expensive phones, but not anymore. Even midrange phones like the latest OPPO A5 Pro 5G have it now. In our OPPO A5 Pro 5G review, we’ll detail how durable this smartphone actually is. More importantly, we’ll also see how the chipset, battery, charger, cameras, and more perform in daily use. So, without further ado, let’s start. OPPO Reno14, Reno14 Pro leaked

OPPO-Reno13-Pro-Philippines-5193

OPPO refreshes the Reno series every six months. Since the Reno13 series came out in November, we’re already a few months away from its successor, the Reno14 series. Hence, it’s no surprise that we’re already seeing leaks about it.

Rumors coming out of China claim that OPPO will be focusing on the Reno14 series’ thin and light build. They will have a “full” water-resistant build, with a metal frame and flat screen. We expect to see IP68 or IP69 ratings on the specs sheet.

A periscope telephoto camera will also be included, possibly only for the Pro model.

They should also get CPU upgrades from their predecessor’s MediaTek Dimensity 8350. The same 5,800 mAh battery with 80W charging might be kept, but OPPO may decide to push it to 6,000 mAh (or more) if we’re lucky.

OPPO should start teasing the Reno14 series very soon, so stay tuned for that. In the meantime, you can check out our OPPO Reno13 Pro 5G full review.
