OnePlus is finally taking tablets seriously with their latest release, the OnePlus Pad 3. The OnePlus Pad 3 has some serious upgrades over its predecessor. This one now has a massive, laptop-like 13.2-inch IPS display with a 3392 x 2400 pixel resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, 12-bit colors, and support for Dolby Vision. Audio has been bumped up to an 8-speaker configuration. To go with the bigger display, the Pad 3 gets a beefier 12,140mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging. It sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor with improved cooling via the large 34,857mm2 heat dissipation area, 14% better than its predecessor. You can get it with up to 16GB LPDDR5T RAM. HUAWEI nova 14 Ultra: LTPO 3.0 display, Triple 50MP cameras, 100W charging

HUAWEI has unveiled the nova 14 series in China, led by the HUAWEI nova 14 Ultra — the fanciest of the three.

While the company hasn’t officially disclosed the chipset they used on the HUAWEI nova 14 Ultra, leaked benchmarks reveal that it is a Kirin 8020 processor that brings 5G connectivity and clock speeds of up to 2.29GHz.

A key feature here is the fancier display. It uses the latest LTPO 3.0 OLED panel that’s 6.81 inches in size, has curves on all four corners, a whopping 5,500 nits of peak brightness, and Kunlun glass protection.

There’s a pill-shaped notch on top for the extra-sharp 50-megapixel selfie camera with ultra-wide support and a dedicated 8-megapixel portrait lens with 2x zoom.

We then have a trio of impressive cameras on the back, aided by a dedicated spectral sensor. The 50-megapixel main shooter has optical image stabilization and f/1.4-f/4.0 variable aperture.

We also have a 50-megapixel periscope lens with 3.7x optical zoom and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens.

It then has a large 5,500mAh battery made with silicon-carbon technology. It supports 100W fast charging.

They didn’t reveal the RAM capacity, but the HUAWEI nova 14 Ultra will be available in 256GB, 512GB, 1TB storage options with a price of CNY4,199 (~Php32,400), CNY4,499 (~33,900), and CNY4,999 (~38,600), respectively.
