The House of Representatives is going for a full digital transformation, with plans to eliminate paper-based systems and integrate blockchain technology this 2026. Speaker Faustino “Bojie” G. Dy III shared this video message posted on social media. This modernization effort will digitize the chamber’s documents to promote transparency and accountability. Blockchain , a secure digital ledger, will be employed to protect and authenticate legislative documents. Key records involving the national budget will fall under this new system. With support from the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) , the project would position the Philippine House as a regional pioneer. HONOR’s 2025 compact laptop, the HONOR MagicBook X14 2025, is now in the Philippines.

The HONOR MagicBook X14 2025 is the same as the MagicBook X16, only smaller. Instead of a 16-inch screen, it only has a 14-inch IPS panel. This also means that it now lacks a numpad and has a smaller 42Wh battery, but at least it’s significantly more compact and portable.

Like the bigger model, it has the same 13th-gen Intel Core i5-13420H processor, with 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of SSD. An FN+P shortcut switches between Smart Mode (35W) and High Performance Mode (40W).
