PH Congress to go paperless, adopt blockchain technology

The House of Representatives is going for a full digital transformation, with plans to eliminate paper-based systems and integrate blockchain technology this 2026. Speaker Faustino “Bojie” G. Dy III shared this video message posted on social media. This modernization effort will digitize the chamber’s documents to promote transparency and accountability. Blockchain , a secure digital ledger, will be employed to protect and authenticate legislative documents. Key records involving the national budget will fall under this new system. With support from the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) , the project would position the Philippine House as a regional pioneer. It is set to become Asia’s first legislature body to utilize blockchain for its operations. This move aligns with a broader governmental trend. OPPO Reno15 Global: Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 CPU, Triple 50MP cameras, 6500mAh battery

OPPO has launched the Reno15 on the global stage.

The OPPO Reno15 Global variant has many differences from the Chinese model that initially came out in November 19. For starters, the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 processor has been swapped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset.

OPPO also downgraded the 200-megapixel main camera to a 50-megapixel shooter. On the upside, the 6,200mAh battery is now bigger at 6,500mAh.

The 6.32-inch AMOLED screen also grew to 6.59 inches. It will also ship with the latest Android 16-based ColorOS 16. That screen is still an AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate.
