New LTO system lets Filipinos report violations and complaints online

The Land Transportation Office, or LTO , launched a new online system that lets ordinary people report road violations and other transport-related complaints directly to the agency. The system is called “ I-report Mo Kay LTO Chief .” LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Markus Lacanilao said the goal is to make reporting easier and faster for people who see traffic violations happening on the road. Lacanilao explained that the system is the agency’s response to incidents that need to be reported, especially those involving reckless drivers or violators on the street. People can submit their complaints in three ways. They can go to the official website ireportmokayltochief.ph , send a message through the program’s official page on Facebook Messenger, or call the hotline at 1342-586. HONOR has introduced a new sub-flagship device with an old but still powerful Snapdragon 8 series CPU. Check out the new HONOR X50 Pro.

The new HONOR X50 Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, an almost two-year-old chip. It is joined by a generous 12GB of RAM for multitasking and 256GB of storage to store all your apps, files, and photos/videos.

Speaking of photography, it boasts a sharp 108-megapixel main sensor that’s 1/1.67-inch in size and has a bright f/1.75 aperture. There’s no ultra-wide or telephoto lens here, but it does have the obligatory 2-megapixel accomplice. The cameras are inside a large circular island — a classic HONOR look.

On the front, we have a premium 6.78-inch OLED display with a sharp 2652 x 1200 pixel resolution, a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, 1920Hz PWM dimming to keep your eyes safe, and 10-bit color. We also have the fingerprint scanner underneath the display.

There’s a punch-hole on top of the curved screen for the standard 8-megapixel selfie camera.

Finally, keeping the lights on is a relatively large 5,800mAh battery with 35W fast charging. It then runs on Android 13-based MagicOS 7.2, and we’re hoping it will receive the latest Android 14 update.

The HONOR X50 Pro 12GB/256GB is available in China for CNY2,799 (~Php21,800). There is no word yet if it will be unveiled to the global market.
