TECNO, Lonely Planet launch ‘Shot on CAMON’ photography contest in PH

TECNO has joined forces with a well-known travel company Lonely Planet to run a photo contest. The competition is for people in the Philippines who love taking pictures with their phones. The event starts on May 15 and ends on October 11, 2026. The theme this year is about trusting what you see with your own eyes. The goal is to capture real, everyday moments instead of staged or fake looking images. Winners can get money or travel packages. The best photo will earn USD8,000(~Php492,000). 5 runners up will get USD3,000(~Php184,000) each. Another 5 winners will receive USD2,000(~Php123,000). And 5 more will take home USD1,000(~Php61,000). 10 people will also win a new phone from the CAMON 50 Series . Xiaomi Summer Concert at Enchanted Kingdom gathers SB19, TJ Monterde, and more

Xiaomi Philippines is holding its big All-Star Summer Concert this April 27, 2025, at one of the most magical places in the country, Enchanted Kingdom. The best part is, everyone with tickets for the theme park that day can watch the concert for free, no separate concert pass needed.

The Xiaomi All-Star Summer Concert will feature one of P-pop’s top groups, SB19. They return to the Xiaomi stage with their latest EP, Simula at Wakas, which dropped just two days before.

A’TIN is expected to support this special concert from Xiaomi before the group kicks off its massive two-day concert on the 31st of May and the 1st of June at the Philippine Arena.

But wait, there’s more, as the SB19 will be joined by OPM powerhouses Over October, Darren Espanto, and singer couple TJ Monterde and KZ Tandingan.

To heat up the main event, rising performers Calein, DWTA, and DJ Siangyoo will hold pre-show warm-ups across the park earlier in the day.

From midday to night, fans can roam around and explore interactive zones, pop-up installations, and surprise brand activations while enjoying live performances. The event will wrap up with SB19’s performance in a fireworks-filled finale.

Enchanted Kingdom will also extend its magical hours until 9 PM so concert goers can have more time to enjoy the theme park’s rides and attractions after the show ends.

Beyond the stage, guests can enjoy immersive photo zones, exclusive merch, and hands-on product demos of Xiaomi’s top and popular products. One of the highlights of the show is the public unveiling of the new Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G Sand Gold variant — a limited edition release inspired by the sun-soaked summer vibes.

The event is co-presented by Enchanted Kingdom and VIU Philippines.
